These Terms of Service govern your access to the Clickavo ecosystem. By interacting with our applications, high-performance benchmarks, or technical insights, you agree to these operational constraints.
Structural Acceptance
The following terms represent a legally binding agreement between you and Clickavo. In the context of performance-critical mobile gaming applications, any use of our site—including data analysis, app downloads, or firmware optimization guides—implies an unreserved acceptance of these conditions. We do not provide "informational-only" exemptions; if you utilize Clickavo’s architecture, you operate within our legal perimeter.
We reserve the right to modify these operational protocols at any time. Significant updates will be flagged via our technical tickers. Continued engagement with our services post-update constitutes an affirmative thermal-handshake with the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated constraints, your sole remedy is the cessation of service usage.

Usage is restricted to lawful, non-destructive interactions.
Intellectual property rights are strictly enforced via EU law.
Code & Asset
Ownership
Everything on Clickavo—from the proprietary latency algorithms to the specific 'Fog' aesthetic of our interface—is the intellectual property of Clickavo. We do not grant licenses for redistribution, scraping, or automated extraction of our benchmark data.

- [!] Graphic assets and visual motifs are trademarked.
- [!] Reverse engineering of our performance monitoring tools is prohibited.
Liability Limits
Hardware Sensitivity
Clickavo applications are designed for high-performance mobile chipsets. We do not assume liability for device thermal throttling, battery degradation, or hardware malfunctions resulting from extended high-frame-rate sessions optimized via our parameters.
Software Variability
Operating System updates (iOS/Android) frequently alter background task handling. Clickavo provides apps "as-is" without a guarantee of perpetual compatibility across all theoretical future OS versions or carrier-specific network environments.
Network Latency
While we monitor server clusters in Frankfurt and Berlin, local 5G or Fiber variability remains outside our control. We are not responsible for competitive disadvantages stemming from packet loss or jitter occurring on the user's infrastructure.
User Integrity Checklist
Operational conduct required for account stability.
No Automated Interaction
Severity: CriticalUsing bots, spiders, or custom scripts to interact with Clickavo benchmarks results in an immediate and permanent IP ban. We value data purity.
Truthful Benchmark Reporting
Severity: HighIf participating in beta-testing logs, injecting spoofed thermal or frame-rate data is a breach of our testing protocols. Reliability is our core asset.
Regional Compliance
Severity: StandardUsers must ensure their download of gaming applications complies with local laws in Germany and the EU. We do not provide legal clearance for non-EU territories.
Disputes
Any friction or disagreement regarding these terms will be settled in the courts of Berlin, Germany. German law governs all interpretations of Clickavo operational protocols.
Termination
We reserve the unilateral right to terminate access to the Clickavo repository for any user found manipulating the ecosystem or violating the spirit of these terms.
